2 Junior Manual QAs Product Manager AQA and Data teams
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and defect investigation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across Product Engineering and Data teams.
Experience in incident management issue triage escalation and resolution.
Leadership experience in QA processes testing strategy mentoring and quality improvements.
Product-oriented mindset focused on user value and product improvements.
Hard Skills / Must Have:
69 years of experience in end-to-end QA processes including test strategy execution regression testing and UAT.
Experience in functional integration and system-level testing in enterprise or SaaS environments.
Good understanding of SDLC APIs backend systems integrations and data flows.
Experience with defect lifecycle management and risk-based testing.
Hard Skills / Nice to Have (Optional):
Experience testing AI/LLM-powered products and conversational systems.
Experience with logs usage metrics SQL and analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with Selenium Cypress or Playwright.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts.
Perform functional regression usability and performance testing.
Track defects conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams.
Support QA activities analytics incident management and release impact analysis.
Maintain test environments and improve testing efficiency.
Act as a quality advocate and propose product improvements based on feedback.
Support go/no-go release decisions and provide quality insights.
Interview stages:
English check (15 minutes)
internal technical interview (1-15 hour)
client interview (1 hour)
Additional notes:
The candidate must be employed at 0.125 FTE under UoP and additionally under a service contract.
Payment terms - up to 60 days.
Work will be performed using client-provided equipment.
