Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for classes 11 and 12 in accordance with the CBSE/State curriculum.
- Develop comprehensive teaching materials worksheets and assessment tools to enhance student understanding.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments analyze results and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and support students with learning difficulties through remedial classes and personalized guidance.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings curriculum development sessions and school improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior teachers and contribute to professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance grades and progress reports.
- Engage with parents and guardians through meetings conferences and communication portals to discuss student performance.
- Promote a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity critical thinking and problemsolving.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree in Mathematics (or related field) from a recognized university.
- . or equivalent teacher training certification (preferred).
- Valid teaching eligibility (CTET/NET) as per Indian regulations.
- Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Indepth knowledge of the CBSE/State syllabus for classes 1112.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 23 years of teaching experience at the higher secondary level (classes 1112).
- Demonstrated success in improving student academic performance and examination results.
- Experience with modern teaching aids smart classrooms and digital learning platforms.
- Ability to integrate technology into lesson plans and assessments.
- Proven track record of participatory and studentcentred teaching methods.
