Role: Java Full Stack Tech Lead

Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead / Banking Consultant with experience in the banking/financial services domain and Java Full Stack expertise.
The role involves leading end-to-end development designing scalable solutions and working closely with business and technology stakeholders in a consulting environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead design and development of end-to-end full stack applications
Drive integration and API strategies across enterprise systems
Collaborate with stakeholders in a client-facing consulting role
Provide technical leadership code reviews and mentoring
Ensure delivery of scalable secure and high-performance solutions

Domain Experience: Must have strong experience in Banking / Financial Services (Payments Lending Retail Banking preferred)

Required Skills:

10 years of IT experience with Java Full Stack development
Strong backend experience in Java Spring Boot Hibernate Microservices
Frontend experience with Angular/React JavaScript HTML CSS
Hands-on experience in REST APIs and API integrations
Experience with Apache Camel ESB and messaging systems (Kafka/ActiveMQ/JMS)
Good understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)
Experience with SOAP/REST services XML (XSLT/JAXB) JSON and flat files

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced hybrid work environment
