Job Description :
Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a Data Center Environment
Must have a good background in wiring infrastructure installation and removal.
Must have experience installing troubleshooting terminating labeling and testing copper Cat-5 6 and fiber optic wiring.
Experience troubleshooting server switch routers and other hardware in a sometimes fast paced environment.
Experience working on Windows OS with assisted strong problem-solving skills. and Experience working with Office products Word Excel PPT Visio and other remote utility tools Windows programs.
Able to handle high Priority ticket situations to complete task during outages
Able to work on rotational shift between 7am to 7pm shifts and Willingness to respond and work during afterhours on-call support (rotational basis) .
Able to be available for On-Call - 2 weeks rotating schedule this is a 24/7 Data center support center premises .
