Job Summary

12-week assignment at our outpatient cardiology practice in Portsmouth an experienced office RN to phone triage conduct in-person nurse visits for post cardiac device implantations complete EKGs medication management rx refills assist with patient care navigation and some patient is Monday- Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. NH/Compact RN license and BLS required.
