Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:

• The Manufacturing Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating developing and executing manufacturing schedules to the set objectives.
• Supports daily activities in process developments validation activities and change management.
• In this role you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems develop & execute objectives & have the ability to meet company objectives within the time lines specifically related to your assigned projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support Product Design for Automated work cell components and vision Fixturing End of Arm Tools and Brackets.
• Read and interpret mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings.
• Collaborate with the automation team in the qualification process of automated systems.
• Records procedures and results numerical and graphical data and recommendations for changes in product or method.
• Maintains software documentation and equipment to the latest revision or operational specifications.
• Assists engineers in developing and designing hardware and software required for all automation solutions per specifications.
• Trains other technicians and operators on products processes and equipment.
• Proper use of power tools and measuring equipment

Qualifications/Requirements:

• B.S in Engineering Technical Practice or Equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering quality or Production and Manufacturing Operations in a Automotive or related industry.
• Proficeint in 3D modeling such as Solid Works.
• Previous design qualification and build experience.
• Travel Requirements up to 30%

• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
• CAD CREO or Pro-E proficiency.
