Job Overview

Tekberry is seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver / Warehouse Associate to support our clients warehouse and logistics operations. This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support requiring a self-starter who can follow direction while also identifying opportunities to improve processes.

This position involves transporting materials between locations maintaining accurate delivery records and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Driving & Delivery Operations

Safely load transport and unload materials between warehouse locations and internal departments
Deliver products to designated departments and work cells accurately and on time
Adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines
Maintain a clean driving record and comply with company driving requirements

Warehouse Operations

Load and unload hardware and materials in a safe and efficient manner
Assist with clearing racks organizing docks and maintaining a clean warehouse environment
Support general warehouse activities and material movement

Inventory & Documentation

Maintain and scan records of daily deliveries using Excel spreadsheets
Learn internal systems (MBS) to properly transact and track deliveries
Ensure accurate documentation of all movements and deliveries

Team Support & Coordination

Assist the dispatch team with logistics coordination
Follow direction from supervisors while proactively identifying process improvements
Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow

Must-Have Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to be certified to drive company vehicles
Ability to stand and remain on feet for extended periods
Ability to lift and move hardware/materials throughout the shift
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in warehouse logistics or delivery roles
Experience with inventory systems or warehouse management systems (MBS or similar)
Basic computer skills including Excel
Experience supporting dispatch or logistics coordination

Work Environment

Onsite warehouse environment in Torrance CA
Role requires continuous movement standing lifting and material handling
Fast-paced environment requiring attention to safety and organization
