Job Summary
The Role
You will be a working litigation attorney handling the full lifecycle of plaintiff personal injury cases - from pre-suit through trial. We handle motor vehicle accidents catastrophic injuries and commercial vehicle cases. Med mal experience is a plus and will factor into your growth path here.
Day to day you will:
- Manage an assigned caseload of active PI litigation files from intake through resolution.
- Lead case strategy discovery depositions motions practice and trial.
- Coordinate with our paralegals pre-lit team and records staff on file development.
- Evaluate cases for med mal crossover and contribute to the firms expansion into that practice area.
- Represent clients at hearings mediations and trials in Palm Beach County and surrounding circuits.
Who You Are
- Licensed in Florida or actively pursuing Florida Bar admission (out-of-state applicants welcome).
- Minimum 5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience; 8 years preferred.
- Medical malpractice litigation experience is a strong differentiator.
- Proven trial attorney: you have taken cases to verdict not just settled them.
- A self-starter who thrives in a process-driven high-accountability environment.
- Bilingual (English/Haitian Creole or Spanish) is a plus but not required.
