Job Summary
Position: Inventory Cherry Picker
Work Location: Tolleson AZ 85353
Payrate: $18.00/hr
Duration: 3 Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: (Mon - Fri) 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Dress Code: Jeans t-shirt shorts OK steel toe shoes
PPE: Safety vest and Steel Toe shoes
Job Description:
operating a cherry picker to retrieve and stock auto parts performing daily cycle counts and assisting with inventory control to help ensure smooth and accurate warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to pick and stock auto parts
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report and help resolve inventory discrepancies
- Proficiency with RF / PDA scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area
- Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to support overall efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience operating cherry picker/order picker equipment
- Prior experience with inventory control organized well with record keeping (for cycle count purposes we use excel sheet)
- Experience with cycle counting (1 to 300 pieces) including comfort with palletized or stacked items of various sizes
- Proficiency with RF / PDA scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift push and pull 50 75 lbs and work at heights
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and auto parts is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
