Job Summary

- Architect and develop complex high-performance distributed web applications with a focus on backend systems.
- Design and maintain event-driven architectures using Kafka for seamless enterprise data streaming and messaging.
- Create and manage sophisticated data models ensuring data integrity and organizing complex data sources.
- Provide technical leadership by conducting code reviews mentoring junior developers and enforcing best practices in Java coding.
- Design and deploy scalable solutions on AWS utilizing services such as Lambda S3 EC2 CloudFormation Kinesis DynamoDB/Aurora Redshift and API Gateway.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to break down requirements and work closely with Architects to align development with solution design.
- Drive continuous improvement by advancing CI/CD pipelines and processes using Jenkins Git and JIRA in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Utilize full-stack expertise including Angular J2EE Spring REST APIs and server-side NodeJs.
- Design and optimize databases (SQL relational and non-relational) to support enterprise applications.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders translating complex technical concepts clearly.
- Mentor and support team members fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
