Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead and coordinate complex projects within the Information Security Engineering program.
- Drive execution across multiple engineering workstreams to ensure alignment with security strategy and timely delivery of outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering architecture SOC cloud infrastructure and application teams to manage project plans and technical dependencies.
- Translate security engineering requirements into actionable project tasks and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules roadmaps and risk registers; proactively identify and mitigate risks and resource constraints.
- Support engineering teams by clarifying requirements managing scope and ensuring technical alignment across stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones dependencies and deliverables.
- Promote continuous improvement in project execution delivery processes and engineering workflows.
- Drive accountability resolve conflicts and maintain momentum across all involved teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project status risks decisions and communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency and accountability through structured reporting dashboards and communication plans.
- Support change management activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing technical or security-focused projects in an enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Kanban or hybrid models).
- Experience leading complex multi-team initiatives with competing priorities.
- Experience creating project plans roadmaps risk registers and executive-level status reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and senior leadership audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (required).
- Recognized security certifications such as CompTIA Security (preferred).
- Experience leading cross-organizational initiatives or security transformation programs (preferred).
