Job Summary
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Experience: 1 year in an outpatient setting. - CA LVN - Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only) IV & Blood withdrawal certification - Special Requirements: Peds exp REQ. Experience with pediatric blood draws peds vaccination schedule and well child checks - all strongly preferred. JOB DETAILS: - Weekend REQ: No - Floating REQ: Yes - On-Call REQ: No - Pending license: NO must be active at time of submission - NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
