Work Model: Hybrid 3 Days Onsite per Week
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Summary:

STAFFXPERT is seeking an experienced IT Developer Analyst responsible for the design development implementation and integration of new and existing applications systems and software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to gather requirements analyze customer needs and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop implement and maintain applications and software solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions
• Develop and support PowerApps applications and Power Automate workflows
• Integrate applications using REST APIs and Azure services
• Perform testing debugging documentation and deployment activities
• Ensure applications meet business and technical requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Development
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies including:
  • PowerApps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps)
  • Dataverse
  • Power Automate Flows
• Experience working with REST APIs and API integrations
• Strong knowledge of JSON and XML
• Experience with Azure Services and API Management
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and protocols
• Knowledge of application development implementation testing and support processes
• Ability to analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions
• Experience collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of programming concepts and application architecture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
