Job Summary
Required Skills & Experience:
-Defibrillator blood pressure monitor EKG equipment treadmill and crash cart maintenance copier fax computer skills (Microsoft Outlook Word Excel).
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Three (3) years of RN experience.
-Centricity EMR experience.
M-F day shift 8am-430pm Setting: Physician Office Experience with IM and SQ injections obtaining summary of benefits insurance appeals for medications FMLA/disability forms high level lab and imaging results experience with diabetes preferred
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Ohio RN License or Compact.
-BLS (American Heart Assoc.).
