Maintenance Technician

What you will be doing:

• Participates and completes various maintenance initiatives to support production.
• Troubleshoots repairs and performs maintenance on all types of mechanical infrastructure electrical/components and HVAC equipment.
• Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring conduit and electrical devices in buildings.
• Prepares drawings and specifications for all projects.
• Troubleshoots PLC programing as well as various communication formats.
• Completes projects and work orders as assigned.
• Completes additional tasks as assigned.
• Troubleshoots equipment to determine repairs needed.

Education and Experience Needed:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ten plus years industrial maintenance experience.
• Electrical certifications required
• Knowledgeable of the National Electric Code and OSHA regulations.
• Extensive electrical knowledge required up to and including 600V.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Must be able to work required overtime schedule for project completions
