RBT Needed for Classroom Setting - Full Time

Criticare Plus recognized as one of the Best Places to Work 2024 by the Philadelphia Business Journal is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our this full-time role you will provide personalized one-on-one care to students in a supportive classroom environment. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on students lives while working alongside a passionate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students throughout the school year.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement individualized behavior plans.
- Monitor and document student progress and behaviors.
- Assist in creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification.
- Experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting.
Schedule
- Full-time position Monday - Friday.
- Day work hours.
