Move-InMove-Out Inspection Specialist

About the Role

Youll play a critical role in ensuring our apartments are guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of fieldwork and office support takes pride in accuracy and can be trusted to follow processes and timelines consistently.

Youll be out inspecting apartments coordinating details and serving as a key point of connection between guests vendors and internal staff.

What Youll Do

• Perform detailed apartment inspections before move-ins and after move-outs carefully documenting conditions and damages
• Ensure apartments are fully prepared properly inventoried and attractively set for incoming guests
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests to deliver excellent customer service
• Greet guests upon arrival when requested helping set the tone for a great stay
• Coordinate apartment access for utility providers vendors and service partners
• Build strong professional relationships with apartment communities and vendors

What Were Looking For

• Someone who is dependable punctual and comfortable working independently
• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Enjoys being on the move and working in different locations throughout the day
• 6 months to 1 year of inspection or quality experience or training preferred
• Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven commitment to customer service
• Valid drivers license clean driving record and reliable transportation

• MondayFriday schedule 8:00am5:00pm with opportunity for overtime during our busy season
