Job Description

As a Brand Manager at P&G you will play a pivotal role in driving brand building initiatives at the core of P&Gs growth success. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of brand success including packaging product development communication strategies value proposition and in-store execution. With P&Gs 185 years of expertise and depth of holistic learning you will have the opportunity to lead motivated and capable teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies that align with P&Gs overall business objectives ensuring brand growth market share expansion and increased consumer loyalty.

2- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch ensuring products meet consumer needs quality standards and market trends.

3-Packaging and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling packaging and design concepts that effectively communicate brand positioning and resonate with target consumers.

4- Communication and Advertising: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness enhance brand equity and drive consumer engagement across various channels including traditional and digital media.

5- Value Proposition and Pricing: Define and optimize the brands value proposition pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.

6- In-Store Execution: Work closely with retail partners and sales teams to ensure effective in-store execution including shelf presence merchandising and promotional activities to drive brand visibility and sales.

7- Consumer Insights: Utilize market research consumer insights and data analytics to gain a deep understanding of consumer behaviors preferences and trends leveraging these insights to develop impactful brand strategies.

8- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance mentorship and development opportunities to team members enabling their professional growth and success.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand building principles and strategies with a track record of successfully driving brand growth and market share expansion.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.
