Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making and support business growth.
• Prepare monitor and review financial reports budgets and forecasts to assess the companys financial performance.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and compliance measures to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Utilize relevant computer software including SAGE and EXCEL for effective financial management.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
• Manage cash flow and optimize the companys financial strategy.
• Ensure the preparation of tax returns and compliance with local regulations.

Essential Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in finance accounting or business management.
• Extensive knowledge of financial controls compliance regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools and techniques.
• Highly skilled in relevant financial software particularly SAGE and EXCEL.

Desired Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of full financial experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing a team.
• Experience working in the agricultural sector or related industries would be advantageous.
