Ihre Verantwortung

• SAPAribaDatenpflege Aktualisierung und Verwaltung von Lieferantendaten
• Code of Conduct & NDA Management Einholung Prüfung und Erneuerung der Dokumente für Chemistry und Equipment
• LieferantenSelbstauskünfte Versand Nachverfolgung und Statusmonitoring zur Sicherstellung von Qualitäts und ComplianceAnforderungen
• Unterstützung im Lieferantenfreigabeprozess Mitarbeit im globalen SupplierApprovalWorkflow und Erstellung von Lieferantenfreigabedokumenten

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Laufendes Studium im betriebswirtschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich gerne mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management/Einkauf
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
• Professionelles sachgerechtes Auftreten
• Sie arbeiten ca. 1520 Stunden pro Woche bei uns Start gerne ab sofort. Unser Standort befindet sich in BerlinMoabit. Ihren Einsatz vergüten wir mit 1664 EUR/Stunde
