The IT Sourcing Consultant needed within SCCs Sourcing and Supplier Management Team dept. The role requires the ability to work independently as the team leader in the development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned projectsassistingcustomers in solving IT business problems.
This role will function to lead the sourcing process through creation ofthe solicitationdocuments evaluation of proposals and in execution of agreed upon negotiations strategy with selected suppliers. Leads evaluation and execution of risk mitigation strategies andestablishessolid contracts that are in the long-term best interest of the for managing customer expectations for project deliverables through effective andtimelycommunications. Conducts a post-project lessons learned reviews with the customers to promote knowledge transfer and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities Include: Managinga variety of sourcing projectsincluding complexinformation technologycontracts frominitialrequest to executed have ability to multi-task work with all levels of staff have superior customer service skills and exceptional communication skills both verbally and written.
