Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven IAM automation solutions and workflows.
- Develop intelligent orchestration using AI/ML Agentic AI Lang Graph and virtual assistants.
- Build automation for provisioning deprovisioning access management and identity lifecycle processes.
- Create AI-powered dashboards reporting and monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Improve operational efficiency security controls and end-user experience through modernization initiatives.
- Support DevOps CI/CD API integrations and automation best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues optimize performance and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field.
- Strong experience in IAM automation engineering and AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks machine learning and intelligent automation tools.
- Experience with IAM concepts such as RBAC provisioning access governance and identity lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD APIs and cloud environments.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
