Zakres obowiązków
Budowanie i rozwijanie długofalowych relacji z kluczowymi klientami w segmencie premium
Prowadzenie negocjacji handlowych na poziomie decyzyjnym
Tworzenie i realizacja strategii rozwoju klientów oraz osiąganie założonych celów sprzedażowych
Aktywna analiza rynku oraz pozyskiwanie nowych klientów
Monitorowanie potrzeb klientów analiza konkurencji i trendów rynkowych
Raportowanie wyników sprzedaży i pracy w systemie CRM
Wymagania formalne
Wykształcenie wyższe (techniczne lub handlowe będzie dodatkowym atutem)
Czynne prawo jazdy kat. B (warunek konieczny)
Gotowość do pracy w terenie oraz do delegacji
Bardzo dobra znajomość obsługi komputera (MS Office; Salesforce mile widziany)
Podstawowa znajomość języka angielskiego
Doświadczenie
Doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B mile widziane w branży automotive lakierniczej chemicznej
Znajomość rynku warsztatów blacharsko-lakierniczych dealerów lub dystrybutorów części samochodowych
Udokumentowane sukcesy sprzedażowe
Wiedza i umiejętności
Znajomość procesów zakupowych klientów B2B
Praca z systemami CRM oraz raportowanie wyników
Umiejętność przygotowywania indywidualnych ofert i prezentacji handlowych
Podstawowa lub zaawansowana znajomość technologii lakierniczych
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności negocjacyjne i komunikacyjne
Umiejętność budowania i utrzymywania relacji partnerskich z klientami

Key Account Manager
Scope of Responsibilities
- Building and developing long-term relationships with key customers in the premium segment
- Conducting commercial negotiations at decision-making level
- Developing and executing customer development strategies and achieving defined sales targets
- Active market analysis and acquisition of new customers
- Monitoring customer needs as well as analyzing competitors and market trends
- Reporting sales results and activities in the CRM system
Formal Requirements
- University degree (technical or commercial education will be an additional advantage)
- Valid Category B driving license (mandatory requirement)
- Willingness to work in the field and to travel on business
- Very good computer skills (MS Office; Salesforce is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of the English language
Experience
- Experience in B2B sales; experience in the automotive coatings or chemical industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of the market for body & paint workshops dealers or automotive parts distributors
- Proven and documented sales achievements
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of B2B customer purchasing processes
- Experience working with CRM systems and reporting sales results
- Ability to prepare customized offers and sales presentations
- Basic or advanced knowledge of coating technologies
- Highly developed negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnership-based customer relationships
