Industrial Millwright / Mechanical Technician

Travel:Up to 90%

Were looking for a skilled hands-on professional with strong mechanical aptitude to build repair and maintain industrial equipment and systems. This role requires expertise across multiple trades including machine repair pipefitting sheet metal millwright work ironwork and welding.

What Youll Do

• Install maintain and repair pumps compressors blowers fans gearboxes shafts bearings seals and couplings
• Fabricate and maintain piping and duct systems
• Perform equipment alignments balancing and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and overhaul machinery and mechanical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics and mechanical drawings
• Safely rig lift and move heavy equipment using hoists cranes and dollies
• Assemble align and install equipment foundations and components
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives (OSHA & PSM compliance)

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance
• Strong blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to plan work solve problems and make precision adjustments
• Comfortable working at heights and in a variety of environments
• Willingness to travel frequently
