As an Installer you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners improve their homes appearance and durability. You will represent our commitment to quality excellence and customer satisfaction on every job site.

What Youll Do:

Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards

Accurately measure cut and fit materials for a clean precise finish

Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation

Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience

Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite

Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials scheduling and inspections

Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly

Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site

What You Need:

Proven experience in installing windows doors roofs gutters siding or experience in the home improvement industry (minimum 2 years preferred)

A FEIN Federal Employer Identification Number; No FEIN a W2 position may be a fit for you

Ability to lift to 100 lbs. work at heights climb ladders and perform physical labor

Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite
