Position Summary:
The Sub-Assembly Inventory Coordinator position is an important role in our company because it acts as the liaison between Staging Manager Supply Chain and Production teams. This position is responsible for being the person on the ground to ensure our systems for sub-assembly inventory control are carefully followed.
Essential Functions:
Receive daily sub-assemblies verify quantities and items against End of Shift Reports and communicate discrepancies or quality issues to the Staging Manager
Accurately store sub-assemblies and non-inventoried items in designated locationsin accordance withGMP allergen and labeling requirements; delegate put-away tasks asappropriate
Perform daily cycle counts investigate inventory variances and update inventory recordsinNetSuite
Work with Planning and Production leadership to investigate and resolve material variances using root cause analysis and other problem-solving tools; update and edit work orders as needed
Maintain FIFO inventory practices andmonitoringredientand sub-assembly availability to support production needs
Pull stage and deliver correct materials to production work areas in alignment with Spin and Bake schedules ensuring materials are available on time for use
Coordinate and document inventory movement including completion of required material movement documentation for on-site and off-site facilities
Fulfill material and inventory requests from internal departments and production teams
Partner with Planning Scheduling and Production teams to align inventory availability with production schedules and priorities
Track and complete assigned action items to support cross-functional coordination and follow-through
Provide inventory loss waste and variance reporting to manufacturing leadership
Adhere to all food safety personnel safety sanitation and materials-handling standards tomaintaina clean organized and safe work environment

Qualifications
Joining Our Team
Qualifications:
1 years of experience with inventory counting and management.
Basic math proficiency; ability to work with conversions percentages fractions and convert units of measure.
Experience with Excel and ERP or other transactional systems for inventory control.
Experience working in a production or warehouse environment preferred.
Experience in food industry preferred.
Knowledge of pertinent local federal and state health and safety laws and regulations.
Knowledge and Critical Skills:
Fluency in English: reading writing speaking.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Comfort using the following equipment: hand truck / dolly pallet jack box cutter knife.

We are actively embracing pay transparency by disclosing the hiring wage for this role as $21.60 - $23.05 highlighting its full earning potential within the broader range of $21.60 - $26.40.
