Shift: Variable Day Shifts

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) LTC for an exciting Local job in Far Rockaway NY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and conditions
- Support mobility hygiene feeding and personal care needs
- Maintain patient comfort and safety
- Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare staff
- Follow infection control and facility safety guidelines
- Accurately document patient care activities
Required Qualifications:
- Active CNA Certification
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent LTC/SNF experience required
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Ability to work variable day shifts and overtime if needed
- Must be comfortable working every other weekend
- Strong patient care and communication skills
