Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible forthe management of programs and management information in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

1. Plan coordinate and direct the administrative and programmatic activities of the directorate.
2. Regularly assess and audit the directorate for contractual compliance and quality of services to students and prepare audit and assessment reports.
3. Develop and implement procedures systems and curricula for the center coordinate CDSS plan development and updates coordinate the Career Success Standards.
4. Coordinate with other center staff concerning programmatic matters including the national training contractors and training subcontractors.
5. Analyze reports monthly and provide recommendations for appropriate programs modifications direct feasibility studies to ascertain employability of students in proposed and current career offerings.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Four (4) years experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
