Job Summary
Supports the 3D anatomic modeling / 3D printing lab hosted in the radiology department at Mayo Clinic in Florida. Responsibilities include 3D anatomic modeling and 3D printing project management anatomic segmentation and computer-aided design virtual and augmented reality virtual surgical planning medical anatomic guide design and manufacturing 3D printer equipment and supplies management model post-processing and documentation lab safety and waste management.
Assists in the design and development of biomedical-related engineering systems; possesses knowledge of tools design techniques and underlying theory relevant to their discipline; Demonstrates good written and verbal skills; regularly summarizes and communicates the results of work efforts to project team members and management in a clear concise and timely manner; accomplishes assigned tasks and manages multiple priorities. Understands relevant components of the Divisions quality management system and participates in safety risk management activities. Is a self-starter who excels in a multi-disciplinary development environment. Communicates effectively in writing and conversation.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
