As a Project Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers with the planning execution and completion of various projects across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning and scheduling project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate project tasks and communicate with team members to keep everyone aligned.
• Maintain and update project documentation including timelines reports and status updates.
• Track progress and identify any delays or issues that need escalation.
• Facilitate meetings take minutes and distribute action items to the project team.
• Support the management of project budgets and resource allocation under supervision.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
