• Perform precise in-home measurements for windows doors and related products
• Verify actual opening sizesno estimates or assumptions
• Confirm handing panel configuration jamb depth sash ratios and install limitations
• Identify additional labor materials trim or access needs before install
• Documentation & ReportingComplete and submit all measurement packets by the next business morningUpload required photos and documentation to Company Cam / CRM
• Record appointments using company-approved measurement tools only
• Ensure all data is complete clear and ready for manufacturing review

• Windows & Sliding Patio Doors: color grids (with customer sign-off) tempered or obscure glass (code compliance) trim needs and operation
• Entry French & Inswing Doors: handing jamb depth hardware color interior/exterior color and labor considerations
• Storm Doors: color hinge side (exterior view) hardware color

• Flag installation challenges before installation begins
• Document existing damage or site conditions
• Create material and labor notes to prevent delays or re-orders

• Proven experience measuring windows and doors
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Comfortable using laser measures tape measures tablets and mobile apps
• Ability to identify framing access and installation constraints
• Professional respectful customer-facing communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. climb ladders and work in varied home conditions

• Reliable transportation
• Standard hand tools (tape laser drill pry bar etc.)
• Willingness to expose framing when necessary
• Ability to follow company measurement standards and processes
• Liability insurance mandatory
• Window installation experience a plus
