About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced engaging and qualified Humanities Teacher to join our team. This is a part-time (0.6 to 0.8 FTE) fixed-term position starting from 13 July 2026 and concluding on 8 December 2026.

You will demonstrate a commitment to best practices in teaching and a goal-oriented and evidence-based approach to improving student learning outcomes. We are looking for an individual who exhibits a learning disposition in relation to all aspects of this position striving for continuous improvement in addition to bringing the required skills and experience. You will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
  • Experience working in a similar position
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to support and interact with a range of stakeholders including students parents and staff
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team with a high level of professionalism
  • Competent in the use of Information Communication Technology
  • Supportive of the values and teachings of the Christian tradition
