This role provides an opportunity to work as a Technical Architect / Technical Lead on largescale application enhancement and modernisation initiatives within the financial services domain. You will play a key role in defining futurestate architecture driving highquality technical delivery and enabling the adoption of modern development deployment and Agile practices across enterprise systems.

- Take ownership of endtoend technical architecture and delivery on complex enterprisescale modernisation initiatives
- Work with modern cloudready frameworks and platforms while shaping futurestate solutions

This role provides an opportunity to work as a Technical Architect / Technical Lead on largescale application enhancement and modernisation initiatives within the financial services domain. You will play a key role in defining futurestate architecture driving highquality technical delivery and enabling the adoption of modern development deployment and Agile practices across enterprise systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyse existing application architecture and define futurestate technical solutions aligned with business goals
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear solution designs and accurate effort estimations
- Perform impact analysis for application enhancements and system changes
- Design and propose scalable architectural and technical solutions with clear implementation approaches
- Lead the team and govern code reviews to ensure compliance with quality performance and security standards
- Own endtoend technical delivery including build deployment and release activities
- Manage source code versioning and maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability
- Apply and promote Agile practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Mentor and guide team members through complex technical challenges
Your Profile
BackEnd Development (Java / Spring / Oracle)
- Strong handson experience inJavawithSpring MVCand exposure toSpring Boot
- Solid expertise inOracle Database including SQL PL/SQL and performance optimisation
- Experience withHibernate / JPAfor objectrelational mapping
- Handson experience withOpen Libertyfor application deployment and runtime management
- Design and consumption ofRESTful APIs
- Proficiency in build and dependency management usingMaven / Gradle
- Experience withJUnit / Mockitofor unit and integration testing
- Handson usage ofGitHubfor source code version control
- Basic understanding ofCI/CD pipelines preferably using tools such as Jenkins
- Working knowledge ofJSON and XMLfor data exchange
FrontEnd Development (React & Web Components)
- Strong proficiency inJavaScript / TypeScript
- Handson experience with theReactframework including components modules and services
- Knowledge ofWeb Components including Custom Elements and Shadow DOM
- Solid understanding ofHTML and CSSfor building maintainable user interfaces
- Experience withresponsive design using frameworks such as Bootstrap
- Familiarity / NPMfor dependency and package management
- Understanding ofWebpackor similar build and bundling tools
- Experience integrating frontend applications withRESTful APIs
- Familiarity with frontendunit testing frameworks and practices
- Strong awareness ofaccessibility standards (WAIARIA)and inclusive design principles
- Fullstack exposure with experience across both backend and frontend technologies
- Working knowledge of React TypeScript and modern UI development practices

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across complex application landscapes
- Understanding of application security best practices monitoring and logging
