Enterprise Account Manager up to 100k THB/ month

Location: Bangkok (Hybrid)

Languages: Thai native speaker whos great in English communication skills

Required Background: Experienced working within SI sector (not vendor/ nor distributor side)

This is an opportunity if youre an experienced Sales professional with both farming and hunting characteristics whos having worked with clients in FSI/ financial institutes/ insurance fields.

The Role:

• Youre strategic on the account and territory sales plan and execute to meet and exceed the sales goals by winning the new accounts and reviving/ upselling the existing ones
• Develop the pipeline manage it well know your numbers and report with accurate details
• Clients trust you and our company and you manage to build and maintain strong relationships
• To make sure a great client experience you work with both internal and external stakeholders with the goals of repeat business

What Youre Bringing:

• 8 years experience selling Enterprise Software Solutions (must come from SI background)
• Good understanding of 2 of these fields or more:
  - Cloud

- DevOps

- CRM

- Data Analytics

• Agile warm and approachable personality great at networking building rapport and keeping strong relationships
• Solid presentation skills and communication skills
• Proficient in English communication (approx. 8/10 or C1 level and above) as youll get to present and consult the clients in English at times
• Have acquired large accounts
• Understand the market can foresee where the suitable opportunities are
• Negotiate like a champ both parties win
• Able to build and manage both transactional and strategic sales also hands-on
• Can work independently

Nice to Have:

• Existing contacts within FSI especially insurance businesses or other non-bank financial businesses.
• Have sold MSPs (Managed Service Providers) products/ services
• Having worked with clients on digital transformation project(s)
• Experienced with ITSM data AI and application products/ services
