Hawaiian Building Maintenance (HBM) has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform janitorial building services mechanical engineering HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial retail and residential properties on Oahu Kauai Maui and the Big Island.

-Position: NightPorter - Custodial
-Location:Honolulu HI 96814
-Schedule:Monday-Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (15 hours weekly)
-Compensation per hour:$17.00
Key responsibilities/requirement include:
-Cleaning and maintaining the location space which involves:
Sweeping dusting mopping dusting vacuuming and sanitizing common areas.
-Cleaning restrooms tenant spaces elevator and stairwells.
-Removing trash and replacing liners disposing of waste in designated areas
-Restocking supplies
-Performing other tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor
-Candidates should be capable of standing walking bending reaching (including overhead) grasping objects kneeling crawling squatting climbing stooping stretching pressing pushing pulling carrying and lifting a minimum of 20 lbs or more.
-Must pass HBM prescreen check
-High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
