Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Aides to provide exceptional support and care to clients in Taylor MI. As a Direct Care Aide you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals by offering personalized care and assistance with daily activities in a respectful and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing grooming dressing and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and support to enhance clients emotional and social well-being.
- Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Follow individualized care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role preferred but not required.
- Compassionate patient and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and valid Ids.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations within Taylor MI.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
