Role description:
Arcadis is seeking an Early Careers (EC) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Makati City Philippines. You will be joining our Talent Acquisition Shared Service (TASS) team that provides support to our Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Team. This position will work the night shift (9:00pm - 6:00am local time). This is a hybrid position that will work in the office and remotely.
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist you will provide recruitment and general administrative support to the North America Early Careers Talent Acquisition team from screening and sourcing to this role you will complete TA activities in our Applicant Tracking Systems.
Role accountabilities:
Responsible in candidate management by screening volume applications using EightFold moving them to appropriate recruitment phases and keeping them engaged throughout process ensuring consistent communication on the status of the recruitment activity.
- Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards social media platforms and professional networks to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Support the evaluation and selection process by gathering feedback from interviewers participating in candidate assessments and conducting psychological tests where needed.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and Early Career hires providing timely updates on their application status answering inquiries and addressing concerns throughout the recruitment process via timely responses to email inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports utilizing Oracle Recruit Cloud & other TA tools to track and manage candidate information.
- In close coordination with your stakeholder/s you will manage university posting interview scheduling offer creation shared mailbox maintaining recruitment and budget trackers candidate travel and invoice processing.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes candidate experience and employer branding initiatives through process documentation feedback and suggestions.
- Support the Early Careers Programme by managing the training participants and performance reviews.
- Actively participates in team and companywide initiatives to foster a positive Arcadis culture and contribute to a dynamic collaborative work environment.
Qualificaons & Experience:
- Solid recruitment experience with a thorough understanding of the Early Careers recruitment process employer branding and talent identification.
- Digitally and technology competent and have an intact critical thinking skills to be able to offer reliable recommendations/strategy to the Early Careers team members and stakeholders.
- Highly organised and able to manage a variety and high volume of requests ensuring these are seen through to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR tools to manage recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate data.
- Proactive and eager to learn with a passion for talent acquisition and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition function.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
