Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Provide clear guidance to employees supervisors and managers on HR policies regulations and procedures.
  • Prepare salary proposals and conduct compensation and benefits analyses to support equitable competitive decisionmaking.
  • Produce HR metrics and reports including turnover absenteeism hiring headcount and benefits utilization.
  • Lead employee improvement and development initiatives that strengthen performance and engagement.
  • Manage personnel requisitions analyze role requirements and collaborate with leaders to define hiring needs.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes for administrative management and directhire positions.
  • Support new hires through structured followups oneonone meetings and onboarding touchpoints.
  • Ensure compliance with Internal Work Regulations the Code of Ethics and all Quality Management System standards.
  • Promote a safe preventionfocused work environment by reinforcing PPE use and ensuring all personnel receive proper safety hygiene and environmental training.

For This Role You Will Need:
  • Completed professional degree in Administration Engineering and/or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in the position or at a similar hierarchical level
  • Knowledge of the LFT (Federal Labor Law)
  • Knowledge in Human Resources Management Systems
  • This position requires a conversational English level to communicate occasionally with Corporate
