As a Locum MD/DO you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care diagnosing and treating hematological and oncological conditions and collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and manage hematological and oncological conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on advancements in hematology oncology
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active medical license in the state of practice
- Specialization in Hematology Oncology
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Setting: Outpatient
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p
Call: 1 week per month
100 beds
50/50 split
Patient Ages: Adults
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
