Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
Diagnose and manage hematological and oncological conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Stay updated on advancements in hematology oncology
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Active medical license in the state of practice
Specialization in Hematology Oncology
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Setting: Outpatient
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p
Call: 1 week per month
100 beds
50/50 split
Patient Ages: Adults
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
