Position Overview
Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Davenport IA
Schedule: Full-Time 8-hour shifts Overtime Available On-call Rotation
Pay Range: up to $55 per hour (DOE)

What Youll Do
Troubleshoot repair and maintain a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Perform system inspections testing and maintenance
Conduct warranty work adjustments and repairs
Adhere to safety standards and customer expectations
Maintain detailed service records and complete work efficiently

What Were Looking For
Required:
5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification
Iowa HVAC License (or the ability to obtain within the probation period)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
Experience with educational commercial or industrial facilities
Familiarity with chillers cooling towers boilers pumps burners RTUs VRF and VAV systems
OSHA 10 certification or higher
OEM certifications (Trane Carrier Daikin etc.)
