Are you a night owl ready to be a vital voice for businesses We An-Ser is hiring Overnight Call Centre Agents to join our supportive and compassionate team. We provide essential support to diverse clients from medical offices to apartment complexes. This is an in-office position to fill in overnight shifts.
No experience No problem! We offer comprehensive training in a positive team-focused environment designed for your success.
What Youll Do:
- Professionally handle incoming calls.
- Greet callers with a polite pleasant tone.
- Accurately gather and relay required information.
- Verify and enter details precisely into our system.
What Were Looking For:
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
- Strong English communication (spelling grammar).
- Computer skills in a Windows environment.
- Reliable attendance.
- Typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Availability to work one weekend day per week.
Compensation & Full-Time Benefits:
