We are looking for a motivated customer-focused professional who can deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing service sales customer retention and CSI performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
• Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair updates
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and estimated completion times
• Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
• Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business
• Help maximize service lane productivity and department sales

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability

Preferred:

• Automotive dealership experience
• KIA or import dealership experience
• Experience with CDK Reynolds & Reynolds Dealertrack Xtime or similar dealership software

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
