University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Home Care professional to join our team in Westland this role you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes ensuring their comfort health and well-being while supporting their recovery and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in home settings based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients health status and document changes or concerns promptly.
• Educate patients and their families on health management disease prevention and medication administration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience in home health nursing or a related clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Westland MI area.
• Experience with Kinsser software preferred.
