Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Digitization
Transcribe digitize and structure information from digital and paper-based sources
Apply standardized file naming conventions and maintain organized digital storage
Work with scanning photography and OCR tools to process printed materials
Research & Verification
Conduct internet-based research and information gathering
Verify information using authoritative sources and flag discrepancies or uncertainties
Assist in standardizing terminology including identifying synonymous or equivalent terms
Data Management
Review validate and enter data into spreadsheets and CRM systems
Maintain accuracy and consistency across all structured data environments
Support the ongoing integrity of organizational records and workflows
Qualifications
Familiarity with medical specialties and clinical terminology
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience working in CRM or structured data environments
Ability to work independently with sustained focus in a desk-based role
