• Welcome families and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to prospective members
• Assist families with class enrollment and scheduling
• Use computer booking and scheduling systems to manage accounts
• Process payments account updates and program changes
• Communicate promotions events and membership information
• Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk area
• Support daily operations and team needs as necessary

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable making sales calls and speaking with customers on the phone
• Experience with computer booking scheduling or CRM systems preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
