What Youll Do
As a Parts Advisor youll play a critical role in supporting customers technicians and dealership operations by ensuring parts are sourced organized and delivered efficiently.
- Manage the parts sales process from start to finish
- Provide friendly professional communication with customers and team members
- Assist customers with parts availability pricing and order updates
- Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct parts and components
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate quotes and product information
- Review body shop estimates to verify parts accuracy and pricing alignment
- Maintain high levels of customer service for both internal and external clients
- Pull and fill parts orders while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Conduct routine bin checks and notify management of low-stock items
- Source out-of-stock parts and coordinate emergency orders when needed
- Ensure internal parts requests are billed correctly on repair orders
- Process customer payments and credit authorizations accurately
What You Bring
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Basic math and computer skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
