What Youll Do

• Demonstrate strategic curiosity and seek to understand the underlying drivers of product and business performance

• Utilize SQL and Snowflake to extract and manipulate data to gain a deeper understanding of the behavior of the business

• Build tools via Excel and Tableau to create efficiencies in every aspect of work especially in analyzing metrics

• Provide thoughtful recommendations to the managers on product pricing and underwriting

• Monitor leading and lagging indicators to ensure health of the business

• Work with the Senior Product Manager to develop the strategy and roadmap for initiatives you own

• Lead small projects or help lead portions of larger projects

What Youll Need

• College Degree required. Major in Math Economics Finance Insurance or Business preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL strongly preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to manipulate and analyze data and use reason and logic to draw conclusions
