Job Summary

Description

To drive and operate the forklift safely.
To perform general production tasks and functions.
Ability to converse in a business medium communication

  • Daily checks on the forklift.
  • Proper storage of goods or items with the use of the forklift trolley or hands.
  • Receiving and Dispatch of raw/ processed material with the use of the forklift trolley or hands.
  • Issue materials from the Stores/Warehouse.
  • Address shortages with Stores Person/Stores Supervisor.
  • Ensure all paperwork received and issued are given to Stores Person/Stores Supervisor.
  • Supports with stock control/stock take.
  • Operate the forklift in tight spaces.
  • Maintain housekeeping and Safety (6S) Other general duties in the Stores/Warehouse and provide service to all departments where Forklifting services are required.
  • Storing goods in line with instructions.
  • Moving stock around by hand using pallet trolley or the forklift.
  • Loading and offloading trucks/vehicles.
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comply with Company Policy and ProceduresPlease






























Requirements

Minimum academic qualification: Matric Valid Forklift license

Minimum of Forklift: 2-3 years

Packing and Dispatch experience: 1 year
