ProTech Mechanical a Crete United Company is expanding in the Houston market and looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new business growth across commercial HVAC and MEP services.
This is a true hunter role youll be responsible for building your own pipeline opening doors and closing new business. You wont inherit accounts but you will have the backing of a strong platform established reputation and full-service capabilities to help you win.

What Youll Do
- Drive net-new business development across the Houston market
- Build and manage a self-generated pipeline through prospecting outreach and networking
- Identify and close opportunities across:
- Commercial HVAC service agreements
- Retrofit and replacement projects
- Multi-site / programmatic work
- Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on growth
- Partner with operations and estimating teams to scope and win work
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecasting (CRM)
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue and margin targets
What Were Looking For
- Proven hunter mindset you know how to build pipeline and close net-new business
- 5 years experience in commercial HVAC sales
- Strong prospecting skills (cold outreach referrals relationship building)
- Ability to sell both service agreements and project work
- Competitive self-driven and comfortable operating with autonomy
- Strong communication negotiation and closing ability
