Job Summary

ProTech Mechanical a Crete United Company is expanding in the Houston market and looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new business growth across commercial HVAC and MEP services.

This is a true hunter role youll be responsible for building your own pipeline opening doors and closing new business. You wont inherit accounts but you will have the backing of a strong platform established reputation and full-service capabilities to help you win.

What Youll Do

  • Drive net-new business development across the Houston market
  • Build and manage a self-generated pipeline through prospecting outreach and networking
  • Identify and close opportunities across:
    • Commercial HVAC service agreements
    • Retrofit and replacement projects
    • Multi-site / programmatic work
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on growth
  • Partner with operations and estimating teams to scope and win work
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecasting (CRM)
  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue and margin targets

What Were Looking For

  • Proven hunter mindset you know how to build pipeline and close net-new business
  • 5 years experience in commercial HVAC sales
  • Strong prospecting skills (cold outreach referrals relationship building)
  • Ability to sell both service agreements and project work
  • Competitive self-driven and comfortable operating with autonomy
  • Strong communication negotiation and closing ability

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary uncapped commission
