Tier 2 ITAV Support (Secret Cleared)

Job Summary
The Building People LLC has a position open for a full-time Tier 2 IT/AV Supportin Columbia SC. The Contractor shall provide Tier II IT Help Desk support to HQ HQ staff and field staff.
Technical Support:
- The Contractor shall diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues via phone email chat or in person and provide a monthly summary incident tickets per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- The Contractor shall manage approximately 20 service tickets per month.
- Initial response shall occur within 30 minutes during duty hours.
- Routine Tier II issues shall be resolved within four (4) business hours.
- Complex issues requiring escalation shall be forwarded within one (1) business day.
Required Experience & Skills
- Possess a Secret clearance
- Possess Security certification
- At least 3 years of help desk experience
Certificates Licenses Registrations Clearance:
- Currently favorable or eligible for a National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI) clearance in accordance with AR 38067.
- Valid Drivers License.
- EEP CEM or Tridium N4 certifications preferred but not required.
